At MHA we have a busy calendar of activities for elderly people in the area. Without volunteers we would be unable to provide the Knit & Natter group, Life Book course, Exercise Classes, Lunch clubs and trips that we provide.

The elderly people we work with sometimes require help to access the activities. There are so many ways you can volunteer to support. We would love to hear from you if you would like to find out more.
